I plan to buy groceries today, my husband is complaining that all we have is cookies and he doesn't mind cereal but he wants real food.
Be back later!

Want some fries?
Yesterday I bought a kilo of French Fries at the mall near our place. I was craving for them and remember this food while I was in US and today I craved for French Fries. I was lazy enough to go to Jollibee or the big McD's so I cooked my own fries.
My hubby said that I am eating carcinogenic food, but I don't understand him. I even had to look into the dictionary what he meant! I don't believe that if I eat a kilo of French Fries today I will be sick of cancer right away?

Why I prefer to be in the Philippines?
When my hubby and I first arrived here in the Philippines since we left, and after being away for 1 year, I was finally able to visit my family.
Being away from your family is very hard, and I always find myself sad or crying.
When the news came to my parents that my husband and I are arriving from the airport, she was so excited that she couldn't hide her feelings, she told our family, neighbors and friends. And guess what? Filipinos doesn't change! When we arrived from the airport, my mom and dad waited for us and brought with them a rented jeep to take us home. My baby was fussy because it was too hot!
If my baby was fussy because it was too hot, my husband's head also turned hot! When we arrived at my parent's home, there were lots of people waiting for us! Family, relatives, friends and eager neighbors: they were looking for presents!
My husband said that we are not rich and we didn't came back just to be asked for gifts like the Magi's. You know the 3 Kings that visited Jesus? Just like that! Some neighbors came to our house and expects to get chocolates or money! This one lady who is the popular gossiper in our place said that maybe I am now rich, have lots of money and I can buy anything I want! I just smiled, but at the back of my mind I was saying "What are you saying?"
They don't realize that anywhere in the world, even if it's not America, life is still difficult! Here in the Philippines, you are free to do everything as you wished. American life isn't like that, you have to work hard for your own food and shelter. And America have a poor mass transit system, because you cannot take a jeep to where you are going. Here in the Philippines you can call a tricab, a trycicle or hail a jeep once you step outside your home. In America, if you don't have a car, you cannot go anywhere unless you are willing to walk 5 miles everyday just to get to work, which can be dangerous too.
It was a lonely year for me while living with my in-laws in America, I don't like it there, only on vacations, but I love it here in the Philippines, compared to America.

Back to blogging
I'm baaaack!!
It's been a long time since I last opened this blog and I don't have anything blog worthy to say. Yeah, my life is boring that way.
Just this morning and just like any other day I am at home and have nothing better to do, I've decided to open this blog and delete my posts to make way for fresher ones. I need to learn how to change my blog theme, to make it look more interesting and not like the boring blog it was. I will, attempt to write in English even-though I'm not really good at it.But I will do my best.
So as I was saying, I woke up earlier today than usual. I think I got up at 3AM. I know, ungodly hour! My baby is not feeling well and she's got a cough so she couldn't get a good sleep and that worries me and my hubby. I can't help but think for the worst. I gave her cough syrup and after 30 minutes, she's ok. She even fell asleep on the floor. She's not really feeling comfortable on the bed and she keeps on tossing and turning. She threw up while coughing. Well, we're happy when she's asleep, I thought she will be up until morning, but thank God she's quiet now.
